For US warehouse, they are located in California, New Jersey and Texas.

For Europe warehouse, it is located in Poland and Germany.

We have one year warranty for our products. If there is non-human damage, we will reissue the components which were broken. If the non-human damage is serious, we will resend a new photo booth.

Usually we will suggest customers to get the software by themselves from the software supplier. We can give the suggestion about which software may be good for cutomers according to their needs.

And our own software are under development and it is for android system.

Our photo booth machines are usually packed by flight case and wooden box.
