These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.gbtops.com (the “Site”) and all orders placed with Chengdu Tops Technology Co.,Ltd. for custom neoprene dog harnesses. By accessing our Site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Order Process & Customization
1.1 Design Submissions
- You warrant that all submitted designs, logos, or artwork are owned or licensed by you.
- We reserve the right to reject orders involving:
✓ Illegal/trademarked content
✓ Technically unfeasible designs (e.g., incompatible with neoprene)
1.2 Prototypes & Revisions
- Prototype fee: $[X] (deductible from bulk orders)
- Free revisions: 1 round of adjustments; additional changes billed at $[X]/hour
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices may adjust for:
✓ Material cost fluctuations
✓ Complexity changes post-quote
2.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit: 50% upfront for new clients
- Balance due: Before shipment
- Accepted methods: Wire transfer, PayPal (+3% fee), Credit Card
3. Production & Shipping
3.1 Lead Times
- Standard: 15-25 business days after final approval
- Expedited: +30% fee (10-12 days)
3.2 Shipping & Customs
- FOB Terms: [Your Factory Location]
- Import duties: Buyer’s responsibility
- Lost/damaged shipments: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
4. Quality & Returns
4.1 Inspection Window
- Report defects within 14 days of receipt with photo/video evidence.
4.2 Warranty
- 90-day coverage for:
✓ Seam separation
✓ Hardware failure - Exclusions: Chewing damage, improper use
5. Intellectual Property
- All design files remain your property.
- We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (confidential projects excluded).
6. Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability = order value. Not responsible for:
✓ Pet injuries from misuse
✓ Design errors in client-submitted files
7. Governing Law
Disputes resolved under China law at Chengdu courts.
